THE ESPLANADE

An architectural icon in the civic district of Singapore. A little bit of controversy when it was completed. Some people felt it resembled the durian fruit, particularly the "thorny" roof pattern.

I am undecided about this one. The composition is good, an elegant curve across the frame. The sky is a bit bland, and the colour of the temple is a bit weak, but others may have different ideas. In your place I would try boosting contrast and adjusting the levels. Or shooting again when the light is better. I can see this as a glorious picture at dawn or sunset.

@Aayawa: If I get the chance to shoot again, I'll certainly try to include a more interesting sky. It's just that I only managed to get one shot before the security guards stopped me from shooting anymore. Guess that makes photography even more exciting.
