You wanted to know how I did that. Very simple photoshopping. Just make sure when you take the picture in Al Servo mode that its the same frame and focus, but the only difference is seeing the object move. By using layers you can easily make it like that.

Regarding your picture. I love community shots like this. Captures life without technology so effortlessly.
